STEP ONE: Fill Out Application Form

Complete the application form that was given in the packet when you toured and return it to the school along with the one-time $200 (per-family) application fee.

STEP TWO: Schedule an Assessment

Once we receive the application, we will work with you to schedule a pre-enrollment assessment with you for your child ($100/student).

STEP THREE: Required Reading and/or Video Library

Purchase and review one book of required reading for parents (available online at Amazon or other booksellers)

Watch the required Video Series from our Library.

When Children Love to Learn, by Elaine Cooper, or

For the Children’s Sake, by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay

STEP FOUR: Parent Interview

Following the student assessment you will be contacted to schedule a parent interview, during which time we will discuss the required reading, provide feedback on the student assessment, and answer any remaining questions. We ask that both parents (or legal guardians) participate in the interview.

*If completing an application toward 5th grade and above, additional requirements include student essay questions and a student meeting with the principal during the parent interview.

DECISION AND ENROLLMENT

Following completion of the above, letters of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent out. Qualified applicants will be considered based on space availability and optimal classroom mix. If a particular class fills, accepted students may be placed in a Wait Pool and parents will be informed.

If accepted, secure your child’s space by returning the signed enrollment agreement, which will accompany your acceptance letter, along with the $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit per student, which will be applied to tuition for the upcoming year.
